A large public-sector organization processed thousands of high-stakes applications per year entirely on paper. Wait times stretched months in some locations, creating significant burden for legal professionals and the people they served.
We led architecture, co-design, and delivery of the organization's first fully digital service. We worked across leadership, front-line staff, and external stakeholders. Recognized as a finalist at the SDN Global Conference, Public Sector category.
A public-sector organization managed high-volume document intake entirely through manual, in-person processes. Backlogs stretched up to eight weeks, and staff capacity was consumed by low-value intake work that could not be redeployed.
We led the architecture and province-wide rollout of a digital intake service, extending iteratively to cover additional document types and locations through co-design with front-line staff, legal professionals, and administrators.
